DSC began operations in 1990 in Southern California supporting R&D efforts of the low observables (stealth technology) community.  Over the years, we have reapplied some of those technologies and lessons-learned to other industrial applications.  Although we are still involved with many radar cross section applications, we have also developed a wide range of assembly and inspection machines as well.  DSC moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area in 1997.  DSC bacame ISO 9001 registered in 2008.

DSC is a cradle-to-grave full service engineering company.  We do all of our mechanical and electrical designs in-house.  We write all of our software in-house.  Assembly, installation, testing, and follow-on support are all done by DSC direct employees.  We use subcontractors for various machine operations, laser cutting, metal bending, coatings, etc.

We design and build machines large and small - some that you can hold in your hand, and some that will pick up jet aircraft and turn them upside down.  They have a variety of uses - to look for contamination in a small plastic part of a AAA battery, or align a fighter jet fuselage section with another one to an accuracy of 0.001 inch.  Although we work in a number of industries, our primary industry is aerospace.  Building automated aircraft tooling is our speciality.  We have taken our experience in aircraft assembly automation and applied to to other industries with great success.
